Grace is fantastic. She went above and beyond to help us find our home in a crazy real estate market. We lived in another state and were looking to relocate to the Palm Desert area. We communicated via email and phone and she arranged to meet us to do a tour of the different cities. She helped us narrow down our search and walked us through every step of the process. She did face-time video tours and put our needs first. For example, at least twice as we looked at homes instead of encouraging us to purchase she pointed out things that suggested the house wasn't right for us which meant she had to work longer to get us to the finish line.
